Refund and Returns Policy

Whenever you experience any problems with your order, please email [email protected]. If there are any issues, one of our staff will be pleased to assist within 30 days of receiving your order.

LOST ORDERS

In the event that our shipping carrier considers your order “lost,” we will either send you a replacement at our expense or provide a complete refund.

RETURN POLICY

If any of the following situations apply to your item, you may return it:
  • The printed picture is unclear.
  • The printed image is off-center from the clothing.
  • The package was incorrectly received in contrast to the order.
  • Delivery-related damage: ripped, filthy,…
  • The order does not match the order in terms of size, color, or style.
  • Some other mistakes from us.
Please notify us by email or the website with images of the mistakes and your purchase number if the product you received has any of the problems listed above. After the problem is confirmed to be resolved, we will give a refund or swap the item.
Note: We only accept the return of items that have NOT been used or cleaned.

REFUNDS POLICY

Within five business days, we will repay you if your item meets the requirements for a return (see the RETURN POLICY).
The original payment method or credit card that you used to place your order will be credited with your refund.
We can only return the refund in the same manner that it was received because it is a reversal of your payment. This is the quickest and safest method of reversing a payment and receiving your money back.
The cost of shipping is not refundable. The cost of return delivery will be subtracted from your refund if you are eligible for one.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

Verify your bank account once more if you haven’t received your return yet.
Next, get in touch with your credit card provider; it can take some time for the refund to appear on your account.
After that, call the bank you use. Processing normally causes a delay in the posting of a refund.
Please email [email protected] if, despite doing these actions, you have not received your refund.

EXCHANGES

Every product goes through a quality control examination before being dispatched to you. However, just in case, take a look below!
Take a picture and send us an email with your order number if the product has any of the issues listed below when you open the package.

After the problem has been confirmed to be fixed, we will ship you a replacement item.
NOTE: Kindly see the sizing chart. If we make it in accordance with your request, we won’t be held accountable for the size. We shall adhere to the aforementioned policy in the event that the sent size differs from the order.
